Rental Policies
We have included here some policy items that are most often asked about when renting a GPD property. This is by no means a complete list of all rental policies. Please contact us if you have other questions or if you live in a GPD property you can refer to your Rental Agreement contract.
1.
Rent:
Rent is due and payable monthly in advance on the 1st day of each month. The first month’s rent is required to be submitted on or before move-in. Tenants agree to pay their rent by deposit into Landlords’s bank as instructed at the time the Rental Agreement contract is signed.
3.
No Smoking:
All Genesis Property Development properties are No-Smoking facilities.
2.
Security Deposit:
Security Deposit is required prior to moving into the property. The amount differs for each property.
4.
Pets:
Due to detrimental effects pets tend to have on property, pet ownership at residence is discouraged. If pet ownership is desired, pets are allowed on the premises only by obtaining the Landlords’ written permission first. Tenants are required to pay a non-refundable $500 pet deposit with a maximum of one (1) pet allowed at the residence.
